HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and the instructions that, during the processing of the order, as well as validate the necessary authorisations or permissions that may be requested by the website for its processing.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock the Company will refund any amount that you have paid.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
The product will be shipped on the same working day the order is placed and will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders can be placed up to 14:00 hours from Monday to Thursday and up to 13:00 hours on Fridays. Orders placed outside these hours will be considered to have been placed, for the purposes of product delivery times, on the following working day.
Orders for delivery to the Balearic Islands are sent by courier, with a delivery time of up to 5 working days.
The shipment of orders to the Canary Islands will be made through Correos Express, the term is 24 - 72 working hours, exceptionally we can take between 5 and 9 days in the event that the selected product is out of stock in the Islands and we have to send it from the mainland. Kamalion will also contact the customer to communicate it to the customer.
Orders to be sent to the autonomous cities of Ceuta or Melilla will be sent by Correos, with a delivery time of between 5 and 9 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed during peak periods due to seasonal circumstances such as the Christmas campaign, as transport service providers may be overloaded.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional or local bank holidays.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date or deadline, the Company will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, delivery is deemed to have taken place at the moment that you or an authorised third party takes possession of the ordered products. This will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the delivery address provided by you.

For products to be delivered abroad, the delivery will be made within the period communicated to you in the e-mail, not exceeding 22 days.
In-store deliveries. You may request to collect your online purchase in one of our shops within the national territory that you select. To this end, once the order has been prepared, we will contact you to inform you that it is available for collection. You will be able to collect the order personally or authorise another person to collect your order on your behalf by presenting an authorisation signed by you, accompanied by your ID card and the ID card of the authorised person.
How much will shipping cost?
Delivery from our premises is free for you, if the order is over 39,99€.
For orders under 39,99€, you will have to pay 1,99€ for shipping costs. Except in the Canary Islands, as all orders will have a shipping cost of € 1.99 in addition to the cost of the purchase.
In the case of shop collection, delivery will be free as long as the amount exceeds 6€.
The prices of the articles published on the website include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in Euros.

IMPOSSIBILITY TO DELIVER THE ORDER. In the event that it is impossible to deliver your order at the agreed address, you authorise us to look for a safe place to leave it (doorman of the property, neighbour or similar) and you will be duly informed of this circumstance. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices on the website, in accordance with the above, include VAT, but do not include shipping costs which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Buying Guide - Shipping.

FORMS OF PAYMENT.
At KAMALION we offer various payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best:
- Payment by card. We offer payment by Visa and MasterCard. The payment process is completely outside our control and is carried out in a secure environment managed by REDSYS. Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution, which is the one that carries out the process and accepts or rejects the payment. Therefore, the only entities that know the card details are the customer, REDSYS and the bank that issued the card and KAMALION does not have access to these details and only receives confirmation of payment from your bank. If your bank does not authorise payment, KAMALION cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery, nor can we enter into any contract with you.
- Payment by PayPal. It is a secure payment method for the customer as KAMALION does not know the payment method used and simply receives confirmation of purchase from PayPal to proceed with the shipment of the order, payment with PayPal will have a surcharge of 0.50€ .
- Payment on delivery. This payment method has an added cost of 4.01 € to be met by the customer at the time of delivery of your order. In any case on the website when selecting this payment method will inform the customer of the added cost for choosing this payment method.
- Bizum/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay/Google Pay. We have payment gateways so that you can make your purchase using these payment methods.
- SCALAPAY: CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 instalments. You confirm that the instalments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, the related parties and their beneficiaries and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorise and consent to this sale and purchase.

VAT AND INVOICING
By virtue of article 68 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December, on VAT, the delivery of the products is understood to be in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of the aforementioned legal text.

You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the object is the supply of personalised products and/or goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, no refund will be made when the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same or are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or have suffered damage.
It is requested that the product is returned with its original packaging, instructions if any and other documents that accompany it.

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the contract, you should contact us immediately through our usual contact channels to inform us of the product and the damage it suffers.
The product may be returned, within 30 calendar days, at any KAMALION shop or by sending the package back to our central facilities, in this case, the transport service will be at the customer's expense.
In case of return or exchange of the item in one of our shops, it will not entail any additional cost for you, and you can return the product at the time and will be refunded the purchase price in the same way that you paid it or you can request the exchange of the item. The return of the product will be made at the time unless there is no stock of the product in the shop to which you went to proceed to the replacement of the product.
In the event of returning the product to our central warehouse, KAMALION will examine the returned product and you will be informed by email within a maximum period of 15 days as to whether a refund or replacement of the item is appropriate, as the case may be. The refund or replacement of the item, as you wish, will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we send the email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming product is appropriate.
The refund of the amount paid for those products that are returned for presenting a defect, when it exists, will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and costs that may have been incurred to proceed with the return. The refund will be made in the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
If you have placed an order through this website from abroad, the above shall apply with the exception of the costs of returning the product. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
